Brenda has been a Personal Injury Lawyer for over 35 years. She is Senior Partner.

As one of Scotland’s most experienced Personal Injury lawyers, Brenda specialises in providing vulnerable road users and their families with the best possible legal advice and representation for accident and injury compensation claims.

She is a Champion for the development of Active Travel in Scotland and is an active campaigner for safer walking and jogging on Scottish roads. In 2013, she founded the Road Share Campaign for Presumed Liability which seeks to bring legal protection to vulnerable road users including pedestrians in the event of a collision with a motor vehicle or indeed a bicycle.

Recognising her success and expertise as a specialist Lawyer, Brenda was awarded Solicitor of the Year 2013 at the Law Awards of Scotland. She was also shortlisted as Lawyer of the Year 2015 in the Scott&Co Law Awards.
